Compensation Plan Analysis

Many of you were at one of the regional conferences,
and had an eye opening experience when Drew Earl diagramed the leadership
bonuses. I want to give everyone who didn't attend a regional conference,
a bottom line view of the plan.
You all know by now that the plan pays 5 generations
of 5%. A little less than the old plan. So you may have to work a little harder
(sponsor more people, and place they properly) to get your income to$4,000
monthly income (two consecutive months). When you get there unlike the old
plan your income will explode. The reason is that your 4th.and 5th Gen.jumps
to 9%, and you receive a 4% infinity bonus to the end of your downline.The
most recent leader to reach this $4,000 level worked 7 months to reach this
level, and saw their check jump to $7,000 the very first month.$8,000
monthly income will occur much faster. When you reach that level,(two
cons. months). you receive, 4th gen. 9%, and 5th Gen. 13%, and a 8%
infinity bonus to the end of your downline.
There are two more increases at the $12,000
level, and the $16,000 level. I want to keep this as simple as possible
so I will save those for later. I will simply say that we already have a distributor
leader at each of those levels of income, and the company is only eight months
old.
Now if you are a former distributor, and you
have heard that the plan isn't as good as the former plan. You heard wrong.
The exact opposite is true, or I wouldn't be here, and I wouldn't be writing
this message.I welcome you to take a closer look for yourself.
If you are a current Distributor, and you want
to get to the leadership bonuses, I have three things you need to do to get
there. 1. Work in depth. 2.Work in depth 3. Work in depth.You have everything
to gain, and nothing to lose. Here's why.
When you reach $4,000 monthly, the volume on
your 4th, and 5th gen. is worth almost double the volume on your first three
generations.
When you reach $8,000 monthly, the volume on
your 5th Gen pays almost TRIPLE what the volume on your first three generations
pays.
Example: $10,000 wholesale volume on your 1st
gen @ 5%=$500
$10,000 wholesale volume on your 4th Gen @
9%=$900
$10,000 wholesale volume on your 5th Gen @
13%=$1,300
And the money cant get away from you because
even if its on the 6th or 60th generation you still receive a 8% infinity
bonus.
$10,000 wholesale volume beyond the 5th Gen.@
8%=$800
You need moderate width.. 5 1st gen. directors
to qualify for 5 gen. of 5 %
Then build in depth.Go to your upline leader
to fully understand the mechanics of this process. Use the placement program.
Lock your best leg in. Then lock in a second leg, and so on. Within 18 months
we will have leaders earning higher monthly incomes than were ever earned
in the entire 10 year history of the previous company. You can be one of those
people.
Here's a clue. You must sponsor large numbers
of distributors, and place them properly, and teach those distributors to
do the same. We'll give you everything in full detail, at the National Conference
in Las Vegas on Sept. 21st, and 22nd.
