The other
day, I was asked for an "insider" tip for building. Now in case you are wondering
what an insider tip is, I will explain. An insider tip is something we
at the home office are aware of (that a distributor may or may not know) that
is a common factor among all the superstars in our company.
The leaders
are always analyzed, and we look for these common threads so we can pass the
information on to others.
So, since I was asked, here is an answer;
Big earners
order weekly, not at the end of the month. We think the reason is because they
are in the business to the point that they never consider whether they are "qualified"
or need volume for some reason. They are ordering as they need product due to
daily sales and replenishment. We also suspect they order at least a case a
week as a good duplicatable habit. (Your organization will always do what you
do) At any rate, here is your tip.....the big players order at least every week.
