QuickStart Manager Option

There are several exciting announcements that
are the results of input from the Divisional Coordinator team. They are your
distributor leaders who are helping to guide the program and we thank them
for their excellent ideas.
First the Quickstart Manager option has been
improved. Beginning immediately any Director and above may quickstart
a Manager, and provide the product from his/her inventory in the field. This
provides the flow through aspect which encourages Directors to keep more product
on hand, which causes your business to grow several times faster then when
all orders must be shipped from the company, and the new Manager must wait
a week or more for the product to arrive before they can get started.
Remember, this is only available to Directors
and above. (A Manager may not quickstart another Manager). The sponsoring
Director must send to the company the Manager Certification Form for the new
Quickstart Manager. The Director must have purchased from the company within
the last 60 days the $1500 of PRV being transferred for each Quickstart
Manager being promoted. If the Director has not, then he/she must within
30 days make a purchase from the company that equals or exceed the amount
of volume being transferred .This will be tracked by the company,
and will be enforced.
We are adding an option for Quickstart Managers
to reach Director. If a Quickstart Manager does a total of $4000 PGRV in their
first 60 days they will be promoted to Director. That's the $1500 personal
purchase at the same 20% discount, then an additional $2500 PGRV done
by the Manager, and all the Dealers in his/her group.This additional $2,500PGRV must
be purchased from the company by the Manager and/or his/her Dealers,and may
be any number of orders totaling $2,500 PGRV.This gives the Quickstart
Manager a real incentive to reach Director within 60 days.
If they don't then they can still get to Director by doing $6,000 PGRV accumulative
over any time period.
The Divisional Coordinators believe, and we agree
that these two enhancements will greatly improve the program. We have the
best retail product in the industry, and you have to have the product on hand
to retail it. As new people come into the business, you need product on hand
for their retail customers, and for the new distributors they sponsor. By
keeping product on hand this process is dramatically speeded up, and as a
result the growth of your sales organization speeds up, and so does the growth
of your commission check!
