End Of The Month

The move into the new office building is successfully
completed, however the phone lines are not up to full capacity, so many of
you have had difficulty getting through to the office to place your month
end order. We give the following suggestions. Order online at www.dwginternational.com,
or fax your orders to 1-702-262-5550. When you do call, let the phone
continue to ring. If you are patient, someone will answer your calls.
The same number of people are there taking orders as in the past, there simply
aren't enough lines for you to get the recorded answer, and to put you
on hold, while you wait for the next available rep. This situation will be
corrected in the very near future.
In order to assist you so that you do not miss
a qualifying order for the month of August, we will do the following......You
may continue to fax in orders, and order on line thru the weekend, and the
holiday on Monday, and unless you give specific instructions otherwise all
those orders will be counted as August orders.
On Tuesday, Sept. 4th, if you call the home
office to place an order, you will be asked if you wish to make the order
for August, or Sept. If you fax in an order on Tuesday, it will be counted
in September, unless you indicate in writing that it is an August order.
