Subject: 2002 !!!

Congratulations on the completion of a great year!

We say good-bye to 2001, and the fulfillment of your first full year in the DRI WASH n'GUARD family. (Don't forget to renew)

This new year will see even more success stories, more experiences, and more adventures than our first year. In comparison to 2001, 2002 launches with a complete year in advance planning on our calendar. Most companies will take two to three years of "pioneering" before they move into the "concentration" stage of growth. We can declare openly that we are perhaps the fastest company in history to surpass the first stage of growth in only one year, fly into the second stage and surge toward momentum. (the third stage)

We have been cautious and frugal, yet undaunted in our quest. 2002 is a year primed to grow as fast as you can get serious about showing the product and opportunity to people.

In 2001 we witnessed three categories of distributors. One group were the "Flag-pole" folks. This phrase comes from grade school, when kids will say "meet me by the flag pole after school." Perhaps it was to fight, or go to a game together, or just to hang out. Our flag pole group just wanted to see what would happen during the first year. Well, you've seen success. Against all odds, you saw us grow in adversity. Beginning without funds, product, or personnel, you saw us grow. When fifteen conferences cancelled after the infamous 911 in New York, we held our event at the Alexis Park and found ourselves alone in the hotel. Distributors traveled when the whole world hesitated.

So we say to our flag-pole group, "...come join in! We are on our way. We miss you at our events, and we respect the talent you can bring to your table. We appreciate you and we want you with us."

There is another group, we call them the faithful. The twelve thousand of you that love our product, buy our product, and use our product. Your purchasing power opened our possibilities, and your friendly voices on the phones lifted our spirits and hopes many times. You kept us going when it sometimes seemed so dark. You sent in cards, flowers, candy and good wishes. You prayed for us, and we felt your prayers.

Thank you for your dedicated love of a tremendous product. Through your efforts, our first "obsolete" literature has been established. We have now cleaned an estimated two million more vehicles world wide. We have made another significant dent in an expanding world wide water crisis. We love and appreciate our second group, the "faithful."

To our faithful we say, "...come join our opportunity and our quest. Get some signs on your car, and ask us how the opportunity and compensation plan can work for you. Investigate our cause, and DWG Internationals role. Attend our meetings where you can learn more about the dynamics of the DWG International Opportunity."

And there is a third group. We call them the "Vanguard."

You jumped in blindly with a pocket full of hope, and a wheelbarrow full of dreams. You gave of your time and talent to build for a future that seemed uncertain. You believed when thousands did not, and were willing to manifest that belief by action. You were strong, demanding, and yet patient and understanding. You were Davids of determination, standing before Goliaths of difficulty and negativism. When there was every reason to doubt, you believed for those who could not. We needed you, and you performed. You have put on car signs, and put on meetings. You have joined our voice mail, and supported out conference calls. You came to our events, and you have participated in our programming. You have worn the buttons, badges, and shirts that say, "...I am DWG International!"

To our last group, our vanguards, we say, "...come and see the future you are creating! Keep looking forward, keep inspiring so many who need inspiration to get started or endure. Continue the dynamic example you have established, an example of performance that can never be taken from you. And most importantly we say, thank-you, thank-you, thank-you!"

2002 is in your hands. The results of 2001 are before you to review. Your opportunity to make a decision is this moment. Any affirmation about what you intend to do is just a wish. The declaration of who you are and what you are doing, (even before you get started) is all that is real, or really matters.

"I am DWG International, and I make a difference. I am making my dreams come true by helping others to realize their dream. I am conserving our precious water, and putting America to work. I am the banner of our product and opportunity in my community. 2002 is my year, I know what I want, and I'll have it!"

To all who read this, and we hope you will forward it to everyone you know, we wish you a very happy and prosperous new year. With that wish, we invite you to join our DWG International family, in membership, in cause, and in spirit.

Happy New Year!
