It wasn't long ago that I promised everyone that I would closely watch, analyze, and review the performance of our outstanding compensation plan.  I told you that I believed it to be the best opportunity in the home-based business world, and I stand by that today.  It was the best then, and it still is today.
 
But I believe constant vigilant attention to results, will always yield improved performance.  Just like a race car, or a thoroughbred horse, by watching the performance and searching for that extra five horsepower, or that one-tenth of a second shaved off a record, experts will make adjustments that can mean the difference between victory or just another second place finish.
 
Well folks, DWG International has been a sleek, fast Corvette, and we have just upgraded it to a Lamborghini.  And how do we know this?  Not because we just think a change might work, but because we have already done trial runs, and have witnessed what your past checks would have been under this new enhancement, and the RESULTS have been RAISES, virtually across the board.
 
Effectively January 1st, 2002, we have added 7% payout to your first three compressed generations!  How are we able to do this?  We have revised the leadership bonuses in the following manner.  Instead of the 4 separate infinity bonuses of 4% each, we will now pay the leaders as follows:  Area Executive 4%, Regional Executive 3%, National Executive 2%, and International Executive 1%.
 
The most exciting part of this is that every distributor that receives a  commission check for generation overrides just got a pay raise.  How do we know this?  We have already run this plan against several previous month's commissions and everybody got a substantial pay raise.
 
You may ask "How can this be?  The reason is simple.  Virtually all of the 6% that was moved from the leadership bonuses was not being paid out since those positions had not been achieved.  When we saw this in our review we realized that we could increase everyone's check!  In doing so, we still maintained the highest leadership infinity bonus payout in the industry of 10%.
 
What do you have to do for this generation pay increase?  Nothing that you're not already doing, because all qualifications remain the same!  Congratulations on your pay raise!  The best comp plan in the industry just got better!
